		<description>Hi Leah, thanks for commenting! I haven&#039;t heard that before, isn&#039;t that interesting. I&#039;m sure you&#039;re right though. If you&#039;re not feeling grounded/comfortable, then having two feet on the floor while sitting (rather than crossed legs, I presume?) may be something you&#039;d subconsciously try to avoid. Sometimes when clients haven&#039;t been feeling particularly grounded they comment how &quot;heavy&quot; they feel after their session - more solid and present in their body. Thanks again for adding your thoughts :)</description>
