Last weekend I went to a retreat in Daylesford run by Marg Gill, the business coach who helped me share the Alignment work via a tele-class series. What a revelation that turned out to be! I had hoped maybe ten people would sign up but by the time I closed the course last Sunday our group had become 34! Quite amazing, and lovely feedback too. My next step is to re-do the recordings and create a home study package with the program.
At the retreat, I met the lovely Grace Ambrook, a Kinesiologist based in Anglesea. She has created a wonderful set of essences called the Essence of possibilities which came from “8 words” which came out in a Kinesiology session for her years ago. Anyway, those 8 words are now 8 essences – clarity, sincerity, engage, openness, exchange, purpose, dynamism and triumph. I’m sure you’ll get to experience one or more in your next session!
The other new and exciting thing I have to share with you guys is a set of twenty Sacred Love oils by Michelle McGrath. I came across these via Facebook. They smell divine and have names like joy, goddess, forgiveness, passion, creativity and truth. Can’t wait to see what you think! I also got her self love cards, which include lovely affirmations.
The various tools that a Kinesiologist uses just provide ways for you to gain more insight into what it is that’s going on for you. Essences and oils can also work energetically.
The specific tools don’t necessarily matter too much, though of course I choose tools that I resonate with, and both of these feel to come from a beautiful, loving space of integrity.
You can of course build a little kit or collection of tools that you resonate with too – crystals, oils, cards or essences might come up in sessions but you can also use your own instincts to choose some for yourself. Like a little energetic first aid kit for when you need a little healing or insight.
Do you have any crystals, oils, cards or essences that you like to use at home? How do you use them?
